Condition of patient before Homoeopathic treatment. This child had frequent urination and urine retention.		Patient was given Pulsatilla 1m one dose on 29th Oct 2007 the follow up scan was done on 1st Dec 2007as below.		She took another dose of Pulsatilla 1m on 2nd Feb. 2008 because of stomach pains. She was normal symptomatically in all problems and another ultrasound done on April 12th 2008 shown that she is perfectly normal .
